If You Like Us, Let The World Know!
3rd party reviews are crucial to folks deciding on whom to use, and we simply do not have enough of you giving us the ‘street cred’ we need to show the world who we are, and what we do
Since we bought Evergreen State Heat & AC 16 years ago (back then we went by Evergreen State Sheet Metal) we have obtained literally hundred’s (if not thousands) of notes, letters, and thank you calls about the excellent service we provide in the field by our technicians and installers, and outstanding response and service by our office staff.
This can also be seen on our Angie’s List, Yelp!, Google+, Checkbook.com, and Trane.com pages. But the number of folks who are both computer savvy, and take the time to post a comment or click a “like” button on one of these sites is incredibly low compared to the feedback given to us direct. Unfortunately, these 3rd party reviews are crucial to folks deciding on whom to use, and we simply do not have enough of you giving us the ‘street cred’ we need to show the world who we are, and what we do. Compound this by the comparatively VERY few folks who have an ‘axe to grind’ and have all the time in the world to rip us with a ‘stinky’ message (always of course neglecting their role in controlling the issue before it went sideways).
Why is this important? We try to keep our advertising costs down. People ask me all the time about various heating, plumbing or electrical contractors who feel the need to advertise on TV and get big names in local sports or media to promote them. I tell them that they have to spend that kind of crazy cash to feed their overhead maw, and employ their multitude of mediocre (at best) employees. I know first-hand how hard it is to find quality employees in the office and field. They are extremely rare, and that is why I have chosen to keep our company small but excellent. It is not about the type of furnace that is installed, it is ALL about who is doing the work, and who is backing it up who understands integrity. We advertise some with friends at local Everett radio (my buddy Andy at KRKO 1380 & KXA 1520) and Aqua Sox Baseball; but that is about being a community partner more than finding the next customer to con.
So my message to all of you out there, if you have used us please tell the world if you are happy! If there is something that we could have done better, please contact me direct!
Best wishes as we go into the 2014 Holiday Season!
