We installed a 3 ½ ton, variable speed 16i Heat Pump for a PUD (Planned Unit Development) job in Everett. The pictures show the quality of our installation versus the original installation.

Our Installation:
In order to maximize the efficiency of this unit we increased the return air ducting and sealed the air gaps. We also re-piped the refrigerant lines and added a condensate line and pump.

The picture on the rioght shows our air handler with our custom designed ductwork and return air along with the Trane CleanEffects air cleaner.

Original Installation:
We removed this older, inefficient electric furnace to increase the customer's heating efficiency. The return air was undersized and the system was not sealed which was pulling unconditioned/unfiltered air into the system.
