- 30% of project, no cap on price
Trane Incentives:
- 16 months 0% interest SAC financing
- Up to $1,500 rebates from Trane on equipment
BPA Ductless HP Project (marketed through utilities such as PSE & PUD):
- 2009 only so far: 1,500 homes by 9/09, 1,000 more by 12/09 (2,500 total)
- Program test year, likely will have in 2010, but no guarantees
- Homes must have either electric cadets or EL FA
- $1,500 in home consumer rebate
Snohomish County PUD:
- Heat Pumps – $450
- Thermostats (ESSM installed) – $50
- Duct Sealing – $400
- All above – $900
- 10 year loan at 2.9% (if have credit)
PSE (all subject to maximum of 75% of cost):
