Our installers and service technicians are screened, trained and tested by the local 66 sheet metal workers union. They also attend weekly in-house training sessions conducted by our journeyman installers and service manager.

Employees have to undergo rigorous training to be certified as union journeymen, further more, employees are subjected to background tests and random drug tests to ensure the comfort and safety of you and your loved ones while we are onsite at your home or business.

All Technicians are union trained and average over 10 years experience in the field. Our Technicians are also in the process of becoming NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified.

Workers employed with the protection of a union contract have basic rights such as the right to a fair hearing that their non-union counterparts do not have.
