
Evergreen State Heat & AC is a highend service and replacement contractor of commercial and residential heating & air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
We do not market ourselves as the low price contractor, as our focus is on exceeding customer expectations in
the quality of workmanship and customer service.
We are an authorized Trane Comfort Specialist, and were awarded one of the 2005 Pacesetter Awards for outstanding dealer performance.
We have been in business 40 years, with present owners, Russ & Pam Kimball, in place for 10 years; and
over 20 employees in the office and in the field.

have excellent training available both through the union and internally through our master craftsmen.
Our target market is the Everett-Marysville-Mukilteo area, but we do jobs in south Snohomish County, King
County, and in the northern counties. Our shop is located at 2120 Pacific Avenue in downtown Everett (near
Lowe’s and the Everett Train Station).

- Metal Craftsmen
Metal Craftsmen are responsible for: accurate measurement (layout)
of the present HVAC system to be replaced with a new system; shop fabrication of new ductwork;
tear out of the old system; installation of the new system. Qualified applicants have demonstrated manual dexterity,
and a strong interest in construction.
- Service Technicians
Service Technicians: maintain and service of HVAC systems; install refrigeration linesets; and provide customer service. Qualified applicants have either a 2year technical college degree in HVAC
service or have worked as a field installer for several years and have shown mechanical ability.
- Office Personnel
There are a variety of office positions in sales, estimating, administrative,
dispatch, etc. Pay and job description vary based on the type of job and experience of candidate.
Profit sharing, a 401K program and health benefits are provided.

- Customer Service & Presentation
Interpersonal skills and physical appearance are critical. Customers form opinions about us based on the level of professionalism our Metal Craftsmen and Service Technicians exhibit.
- Ability to Work Hard
Metal Craftsmen and Service Technicians must perform to expectations in terms of quality
workmanship, customer service, and high productivity to retain our loyal customer base
and keep jobs profitable. Attendance and tardiness are also critical factors; our workday
begins at 7:00 AM.
- Desire & Willingness to Learn
We strongly encourage continuous learning, as well as increase the number of skills they can
perform competently, to grow with the company. The union provides many continuing education
classes.
