For a nominal price we will perform an energy audit on a commercial building to determine no-cost and low cost means to save on electrical & gas bills. If the customer does not see 100% payback within a year based on implementing these solutions Evergreen State Heat and AC will refund you the difference.

Audit Process:

To do this process we will need to do 3 things:

1. Provide 1 year of gas & electrical utility bills
2. Answer 25 questions about how the building is operated
3. We monitor the building’s temperature and atmosphere for 10 days using our proprietary equipment.
